We use the information entrusted to us only to fulfill our mission: to mobilize support-based missionaries for the Great Commission.
We care about our partners. We publish this promise so you know how we view financial partner (donor) privacy and the specific ways personally identifiable information is used.
Reliant uses the same encryption technology used by many online banks (Transport Layer Security 1.2) to secure your online transactions and to help safeguard your data. No data or information transmitted on over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, and so like any organization we cannot be responsible for loss, corruption, unauthorized acquisition of information, or disclosure of information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. But our goals remain to protect your privacy and that your personal information remains secure.
In the case you lose access to your account, we ask you take steps to verify your identity so we can ensure others don’t try to access your data.
As an additional security measure, your credit card number is never stored on our servers, but only with our secure, third party payment provider.

Credit card and bank account numbers are used only for gift or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes.
The approved leadership of the local partner church or ministry where a Reliant missionary serves may have limited access to Reliant financial partner information as it applies to that specific missionary or ministry fund.
Reliant may also share your personally identifiable information with third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. For example, if you make a credit card donation, we may provide information to our bank partner for the purpose of processing the credit card transaction.
We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety, or for other legal purposes.
Reliant Mission will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We limit use of financial partner information to the internal purposes of Reliant to further our purpose to partner with missional churches and Gospel-centered non-profits to mobilize support-based missionaries for the Great Commission.
Reliant does not intentionally or knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Reliant neither identifies information as originating from children nor targets its marketing, communications, website or any goods or services to children. Children who desire to give towards a ministry fund should do with the account of a parent or guardian.
If a child has provided Reliant with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child should contact Reliant at info@reliant.org if they would like this information deleted from Reliant’s records. Reliant will use all reasonable efforts to delete all of the child's information from Reliant’s records.
