Executive Director Thanks Financial Partners as Reliant.org Launches

The new website is our is our newest platform for missionary support.

Dear Partner —

It's been a remarkable year, and I'm proud to be posting  on our newest platform for missionary support: Reliant.org.

About one year ago, we let our financial partners in on a big news—we were adopting a new name. It was a bold move that we were confident was the right thing for our gospel work, but it wasn't without caution. Of utmost importance was the uninterrupted ministry of our church planters and missionaries across the globe.  And we knew that financial partners like you would want to know the reasons for the change, and that our mission was still steady and dedicated to Jesus Christ.

We have worked hard to tell the Reliant story well, and today we complete the final piece of that, launching our much-improved giving website at Reliant.org.  I think you'll like it. Our director of the Reliant project Chris Ridgeway takes you through some highlights of the new site here. But I wanted to stop and thank you for your role in all this.

Because of your faithful investments in Gospel work, we've expanded our partnerships to empower more like-minded churches, ministries, and networks. (Now 139 partner organizations mobilizing missionaries).

Because of your trust in our mission, giving toward missionaries not only continued steadily through our 2015 transition, it increased.

Because of your belief in our mission, we are already hearing stories of Reliant being a trusted voice in how to launch gospel startups in a post-Christian world.

The view from my desk here in our Orlando office is over a Florida landscape—palm trees and old oaks with low-hanging moss. We have a pond that hosts tall red-nosed cranes and a stone prayer path that our missionaries will walk as they visit us for their launch week into support-based ministry. They are often praying for their future support team (you!), and today I join them in that prayer—thanking God for your faithfulness in partnering for the Gospel and working along with us to mobilize some remarkable agents of the Kingdom of God. Together we are truly Reliant on the God who saves.

Thank you,

ps — we will be publishing our Annual Ministry Report shortly where I will update you on the total gift amounts you invested in church planters and missionaries for the 2015 calendar year. It's big.
